This durable tray is constructed out of heavy-duty, 16 gauge, commercial grade stainless steel. The process is incredibly simple; Just remove your flame tamer, drop in your charcoal tray and use the burner on your gas grill to ignite the charcoal. No need to use lighter fluid!
